These terms apply to every order placed through art@eugeniatranca.com.
By purchasing from us, you agree to them. Please also see our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, and Shipping Information, which form part of these terms.

Our products

We sell limited edition giclée prints and original paintings.
Limited edition prints are museum-quality giclée reproductions of Eugenia's original paintings, printed on archival fine art paper. Each is hand-signed and numbered by the artist and supplied with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. Once an edition sells out, it will not be reprinted.
Original paintings are one-of-a-kind works, signed and supplied with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
As our work is handmade and individually produced, slight variations are natural and form part of the character of each piece.

Colour and screen accuracy

We reproduce every piece as faithfully as possible, but colours may appear slightly different on your screen compared to the finished artwork, due to differences in monitor calibration, lighting, and display settings. This variation is not a fault and is not grounds for return, though your statutory rights are unaffected.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and payment is taken in full at the time of order. Prints are made to order once payment is received. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we send confirmation and begin production. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, an edition has sold out, or a pricing error has occurred — in which case we will refund you in full.

Copyright and intellectual property

All artwork, images, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Eugenia Tranca and are protected by copyright.
Purchasing a print or original painting gives you ownership of that physical item only. It does not transfer any reproduction rights. The artwork may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, resold as a reproduction, or used for any commercial purpose without the artist's prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability to you is limited to the value of the item purchased. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order is the version that applies.
